The Blue Bomber is back and he’s kicking ass and taking names.  Dr. Wily goes on TV and tries to ruin Dr. Light’s good name. Sound familiar? Doesn’t Dr. Wily know by now that using dirty tactics like this can backfire and people will continue to see him as a tool?  Sheesh.
