Browsing through Monster Hunter fan art is almost like playing the game itself… you spend hours going through a ton of amazing stuff, and sometime it’s really hard to pick one thing to talk about (or a piece of equipment to forge, if you’re playing the game). I really like how he varies the style a little bit with each piece. The Barroth art was actually the first one that caught my eye (and that’s how I found his gallery) but I find the “Lost in Translation” piece to be very impressive. It seems to be going for a half-realistic/half-illustration feel… really amazing stuff. What do you think?
