Well Yeroen, "hopefully Capcom might be able to help" isn't a really good answer. Please look at it from a customer's point of view. We bought the game for the PS3 and it doesn't work. Money has been given out so is it too much to ask for someone to be responsible? Or some kind of respond like "We're looking into the problem and will fix it soon?" I understand if you guys didn't develop the PS3 version but so far Capcom hasn't said anything as to why we still can't play online yet. And I have to say that this is beginning to piss me off too. |

Sadly, this is the most useful information I've been able to locate concerning the online issues with the PSN version of the game! |

Well, who did develop the PSN version? When the game boots it says Capcom, Certain Affinity, and A.C.R.O.N.Y.M. games. It would be nice if someone would man up and take care of these issues. |

Attn: Rickard (And anyone else with PSN AoB online issues) See the "PS3 AoB online issues" thread in this forum for an update on the PSN version. No answers yet, but I made contact with Capcom and was promised news soon! |

Hi again,
well it was hard, but finally I did manage to get a refund from steam (you know their dreaded "section 4 - we never refund" subscriber agreement bull$hit). Well I told them that I'm sending the whole story (not helping/refunding for a clearly completely broken game) over to shacknews and all of a sudden, I got a reply like 2 hours later (!!! before that I always had to wait at least 2 days for a reply) that i should go purchase a different game and they'll cancel and refund AoB. While not as good as a money refund, it's better to buy a working game than having this pile of useless c*ap in my steam account. cheers and good luck to everyone else who's trying to get a refund (maybe the same tactics work with capcom as well), broom |
