This game is incredible fun when you are in the fortunate position of having two computers capable of playing it set up side by side, with two people who both enjoy it.  $5 on a weekend impusle buy well spent.  My wife and I have been having a great time with it.  Good teamwork makes all the difference.  It is a shame that there isn't even the simple option of being able to select an AI ally and give it commands, such as "attack here", "go here", "defend this", or "upgrade ship".
