Unfortunately it was Sony's inadvertent release of the trial in development that should not have been released that is affecting everyone who plays the game. We tried patching the issue but again Sony mis-distributed the initial patch we released for it. Every since we were aware of all of this we have been working non-stop to fix it. That is time and resources that we could have been using on other things. We want everyone to be able to play this game, I mean it is fun game!
Understand that the game was rigorously tested not just by us but by Sony as well. There is also an approval process that the game must go through before it got released. As you said it is Sony's responsibility to make sure that game with buggy codes don't get released.
So with all that said, if you want a refund I suggest you contact Sony as it is within their power to do so.
Sorry Randy Reyes (Double_r), but you are not convincing me!
To get the respect of your customers back you need to start taking some responsibility and quit playing the 'blame game'.
I really don't care whether it is yours or Sony's fault - I want to be reimbursed for the trouble I've had with your game. Therefore you should take the discussion with Sony to sort out whether the money should be taken from your pocket or theirs - that is not a discussion I as customer should need to take.
So, call Sony - sort of your issues - and make sure we as customers are being fairly compensated for the troubles we had!
PS. Why did you send a copy of the trial in development to Sony in the first place? Wouldn't been better to send the working version to them?
