Just seems to me that theirs some problems between Sony and Capcom....I say this because capcom has taken games like DMC and Put them on the 360..But I get that..Its to make money, that doesn't really bug me. What bugs me and what is my true question is why would you take monster hunter 3 off of the Ps3 and put it on the wii. After seeing how well monster hunter did on the psp I was suprised. The psp Brought monster hunter into the main stream and I was stoked just knowing monster hunter was coming out, Hell thats the only reason me and my friends bought our ps3's, when I found out it was coming to the wii I was very dissapointed. I know production costs might be high on the ps3 but I think it would sell much better, the wii just seems kind of a unfunny joke, I wouldn't even mind monster hunter 3 on the 360, Why change something thats not broken?
and I had just found out dead rising is coming to the Wii, Why not the ps3 Im sure it would sell better than on the wii, and is a much more capable system. Dead Rising is the only reason I bought my 360 and the only game I really play on it.
So why is Capcom making all these games for other systems and none for the Ps3?
Apparently it's very expensive to produce PS3 games, and PS3 is number 3 in the console-race. There is no reason for 3rd parties to make exclusive games for the PS3, unless they want to lose money

I think you misunderstood a few things here. First of all, the PS3 gets a lot of love from Capcom: both Bionic Commandos, Dark Void, Lost Planet, Street Fighter IV, DMC4, RE5, Megaman 9, 1942... and the list goes on full of digital titles that Wii fans would love to have. Secondly, Capcom does research; and lots of it. If they're making a game for the Wii and not for PS3 and 360 (and vice-versa) it's because, according to their research, the game will do better on the given system. Now, have you seen RE4 for the Wii? It sold almost like hot-cakes. Apparently, Wii owners enjoy killing zombies. So, why not try again with Dead Rising?
So, regarding the future of Monster Hunter... First of all, you said this: "the psp Brought monster hunter into the main stream" I'm pretty sure it was the other way around... Monster Hunter brought the PSP into the mainstream Also, if you and your friends bought a PS3 just to play MH3, I'm sorry, but you're at fault here. Capcom has nothing to do with that. I would understand if they switched platforms 2 months before release... but MH3 doesn't even have a release date announced yet! And it was last October when they announced the switch. That was way too early to buy a system because of one game. Also, I don't understand why you said the game would sell much better on the PS3. The PS3 only started getting better sales now after MGS4. Worldwide, the Wii is still the top selling home console. One of the problems I see, though, is that even if MH3 were on the PS3, it would sell good in Japan, but not worldwide, which is Capcom's current strategy with MH (in the long term).
Finally, if by "PS3 love" you mean "PS3 exclusives" then I suggest changing that idea. Nowadays, exclusives are such a backwards idea. With all the console wars going on, it makes no sense for a third-party company to make exclusives for a given system (unless with the case of the Wii and it's different special habilities).
I just want to laugh SO hard right now...
I'm sorry; it's just that usually around here, people say that Xbox 360 and PS3 get all the love, and Capcom hates the Wii.

True... I guess Capcom will never make everybody happy... well, maybe in the One-console future...

Bionic Commandos, Dark Void, Lost Planet, Street Fighter IV, DMC4, RE5, Megaman 9, 1942
Bionic commandos? ...Yeah That was cool back on the NES...i want real games...same with street fighter and megaman 9 ...Those graphics were cool and top rate back when they came out. This is the new gen.
and the ps3 got a lackluster Lost planet port and Dmc4 Is a great game and Im sure it would be on the wii if it could but the wii just can to a hack and slash like that
RE4 Sold so good on about every system it came out on....It was a great game thats why....and The wii is perfect for RE4 because its just the right pace, hell thats the reason I originally bought my wii, because the motion controllers were pretty cool for RE.(I sold my wii since then) But Monster hunter you really think the motion controls would do it justice? ...have you ever played a monster hunter game?....and I highly doubt it will sell as good as you expect on the wii( ps monster hunter is a Online game, Its fun single play but it gets boring ...Online people play it for years.
and dead rising, Yeah I don't really think it would sell to well on the ps3 since its already on the 360(the only reason I bought my 360) but yeah I still believe the wii will ruin that game also.

Actually no Im talking about In NA, Monster hunter wasn't big before the psp release came out people started buying it up like hot cakes
So the psp brought monster hunter into the mainstream
There are plenty of exclusives for each system. First party exclusives.
The days of a single system gathering huge numbers of third party exclusives are over, deal with it. Neither Capcom, nor Square, nor Konami, nor any other company on the planet owes Sony anything. They answer to their shareholders/executives/etc, not to fanboys bemoaning the death of third party exclusivity.
First of all, I'm sorry. I don't want to create any commotion or fights with anyone here...

"have you ever played a monster hunter game?" Yes. Want the list? Monster Hunter, Monster Hunter 2, Monster Hunter Freedom, Monster Hunter Freedom 2, Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G, Monster Hunter Frontier.
But, you got a few other misconceptions here as well. Considering I've even played MH in MHFrontier's weird Mouse+Keybord configuration, I have faith it can work on the Wii. However, when Capcom announced MH3 for the Wii, they never said the reason was to make a new control scheme for it. They only mentioned production costs and hinted more profits. The other thing is online. The Wii can go online, can't it? So, I don't know why you're complaining about it. MH3 will most likely be online as well as the other home console MH titles.
Pfft Capcom doesn't owe sony anything?....Without the ps2 I doubt capcom would even be in business
and its much easier and takes much less resources to program for one system.....
and Im just saying monster hunter isn't a good choice for the wii market
Capcom doesn't owe anything to any company, in that respect. They just saw that the PS2 was the best selling console worldwide, and decided to make more games for it. So, as history repeats itself, the Wii is now the best selling console worldwide, and Capcom has decided to move the MH franchise, so it can expand its market, especially in the west, where MH wasn't received as well as in Japan.
