I realize that this subject within Street Fighter IV has been dominated by negativity, however, I feel that I must professionally re-address it. Street Fighter II HD Remix provided a beutiful online functionality that enabled individuals like myself to play with numerous friends of mine at once. - It is my question to you Capcom, since this is become a major complaint, are there any plans to introduce a patch that will address the issue with the absence of an online lobby? If so, when will it be introduced? - I feel that on a both professional and personal level that this will make more individuals happy while increasing the overall profit you'll gain from this masterpiece of a fighter that you've compiled. For example, Virtua Fighter 5 has to this day, been considered one of the greatest and most underrated fighting games available, however, due to absence of an onlline lobby (spectator mode), it lacked replay value. On the other hand, another great fighter, Dead or Alive 4, is still being played because it has a great online mode. Ultimately, I feel as though the inclusion of an online lobby system will enhance an already great game and increase your sales. I hope, if it is not already planned, that your team will patch this into the game. Thank you for your time and patience in this matter. |

Bump -- alot of these rather stupid questions are getting responses...mine is going to one way or another. An online spectator mode wont hurt the game at all and if people thought something through throughly, there wouldn't be anyone against it. Like I said -- Bump |

Welcome to Unity. Please read the Forum Rules and also try to use the Search Function. Do not bump posts as it takes a few days for them to be answered. Like Yuffie said, there have been many threads on this already and you will most likely have to wait on an Official Announcement as they are limited on what info they can release at this time.

Off-topic question for you...Do you have no life? OR are you trying to obtain a position as a moderator on this website because you're constantly telling people to read the rules? Im addressing this in a more sophisticated manner and the more Capcom realizes that people want this...the faster they will be implemented or at least the assurance of the simple fact that a patch will come that addresses the absence of online lobbies. |

Off-topic question for you...Do you have no life? OR are you trying to obtain a position as a moderator on this website because you're constantly telling people to read the rules? Im addressing this in a more sophisticated manner By swearing and starting issues with other members. If you don't like someone comments towards you, ignore them. Mods will step in if they need to.
Capcom realizes that people want this.. And there only needs to be one thread, Its easyer for them to make a comment in one thread. People starting there own topic for same issue just gets them closed and people start thinking Capcom hates them. When its simple trying to keep issue in one thread, when it gets answer'd. Its all in one thread. When they have a answer, you'll get it. Till then people... chill out. Past week's have been crazy with amount of wannabe trolls, bad manners etc etc. I'd hate to start loseing Unity Members Via Bans. But past few days starting to look like were gonna have to start Ban Hammering people to get it back in order... I really don't wanna start losing Unity Members over stupid things...

For now, the team is focused on the PC SKU and the Championship update. Beyond that, I can't comment. I will say Spectator modes/lobbies not part of either of those pieces of content.
