Thank you for bring out Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 HD, yes, it was a great game in the past and played by many. Thou, you have to sit down and think about the next big game to be relase from the past. If you think about it, SF3 3rd Strike is probably the best SF game out of the whole series. Now think about bring that game to the PS3 and XBox 360 in full beautiful 1080p HD graphics with remix art design just like in Super SF2 Turbo HD Remix and plus added with a high detail online play. I see major sales within the PS3 store and 360 arcade store, do you see it Capcom? :D There is something about 3rd Strike that tells you that you have to make this a dream come true for us hardcore SF fans. :D Thank you again. Very yes. It's the least the fans deserve after their collective cries for 3s characters in SFIV went ignored. |

Yeah I know. When SF IV came out i thought capcom come was going forward, not backwards. I figure we would see Ken's son Mei and Sean more into the storyline, but instead they decide to go back a little after SF2. Top it off they didn't even return the parry system, which was probably the best defense move in SF history. |

Street Fighter 3: Third Strike isn't anywhere near as popular (in general, not in fan circles) and the animations are far, FAR more fluid (meaning considerably more effort is needed to redo them). It also has more characters than Super Turbo. It would be far more work for them to remake the game in HD, and the return wouldn't be nearly as high as it was for the HD Remix they've already made. |

you sure about that? i think if sf3:TS HD cameout, EVERYONE who is a sf fanatic would get one hard work is not a justification...this idea is just too awesome and fluid animations? thats not an excuse! the oriiginal sf2 would have had less fluid animations - but that just means that they had to improve on that in hd remix, sf3 third strike would be no different in effort but what wuld everyone think if thrd strike hd had balance changes :O i actually wouldn't mind that... not being biased with lower tiers or anything...it'd just be better seeing more of the cast used |

Are you saying that sf2 had less animations than the HD remix? If so thats not true. Retro Gamer Interview with Producer Rey Jimenez he was asked if he was temped to redo the animation in order to match the new HD visuals. He answers absolutly not. The two main reasons being that by changing the frames you change the whole game, the aim was to bring Super Turbo to the present not to totally change it. The second being that they are using the same code as the original, just with some tweaks. This dosnt allow for many changes and is technically not possible to add more art frames. |

Impossible, Capcom doestn have 2D artists anymore and the draw style in SFII HD REMIX sucks a lot, the characters look better in SFALPHA 3 (only in style, not in resolution) than in SSFII TURBO HD REMIX. |

Street Fighter III remixed? Really. The game has aged very well. I doubt there's anything they could do to the artwork to improve it. The fact that it's in low res is pretty unfortunate, but that's the only thing lacking in the SFIII package. A better option, after seeing this and many other similar posts, is for Capcom to develop emulators for their arcade hardware so that they can easily release arcade perfect titles with graphic options similar to those seen on the new MvC2 demo. Most of their arcade classics do not need the HD treatment. Think of all the games that Capcom could just go ahead and impulse-release if they built a solid PS3/Xbox360 CPS2/3 emulator with smoothing and scaling options?
