Its time to show some "Fan passion, and desire." Im going to link this to the MMX9 thread, and I dont buy the "BS" about you guys not reading the forums. I dont care if I have to bring 20 million people of X and original fans in here, trust me.. I can make that happen, point is. Megaman 9 sales were great, you guys all had great reviews, we showed passion for close to 4 years for X9, and the wait im going to try to end right here, and right now. Truth is, I dont think anyone is wanting the Megaman Battle Network series or StarForce series.. Crying out loud, I believe the new series gets more attention. The X series was all about showing how it would look on Next Gen systems, Ps3 and 360.. Wii.. Its all here now, X9 could sell BIG TIME. Think of it like this, RE changed big time, sold close to 4 million copies. you could do this with X9. MM9 was #1 on WiiWare, #1 DL on PsN for quite awhile, now for a Next Gen X9, he'd be right back on top. Has any Capcom member ever typed Mega Man X9 in google? Do that sometime, and watch the result. It should be plain clear by now to Capcom that original type of gameplay for Mega Man really does sell, even today. I loved Mega Man 9 greatly and still play it: it's just plain fun.
Mega Man X however is my favorite series from the whole Mega Man franchise, so I really feel that if we got Mega Man 9, I'm sure a lot of fans want Mega Man X9! I'm willing to wait even a decade before that happens, as long X9 would become reality. There's even Mega Man X9 community, which I'm part of, too. megamanx9.com/ |

I agree that they should make X9...because alot of things are unaswered. Like that attack Lumine did on Axl...what is going to happen??? And the Elf Wars thing...when is that going to take place??? So PLEASE CAPCOM make X9...alot of us don't mind if it takes 2 or 3 years to make it...that is how much we love MegaMan!!! Well I gave my opinion so...BYE!!! |

I actually see mega man legends 3 happening first because, first in japan, it's actually higher on the list of games that need sequels than mega man X, and the US has quite a fan base who has been waiting for a long time. and personally I wouldn't mind seeing a mega man legends 3 either.

I think that would be another cool idea for CAPCOM to come up with!!! Legends 3;MegaManX9; and MegaMan Command Mission 2!!! That would be AWESOME if ypou ask any longtime M.M. fan like me and others!!! Well gotta jet so...LATER!!! |

... I'm all for an X9... But 'WITH EVERY OTHER GAME SERIES' it takes fan interest to promote an updated installment. Ranting doesn't help, since waiting is still waiting. We must wait to see what Capcom is either doing, planning, or if it is Inti-Creates who is charged with X9.
Plus... This isn't exactly a question. So locking will most likely happen.

Dont you think your wishing for a little too much. I really hope to see x9 this year at e3, which is 7 days away just for the record. If we dont see it sooner or later then the big question to ask ourselves is; will we ever see a Mega Man X9? If you really think about it most of the x games are made close together, as in a year or two. This is not good seeing as Mega Man X8 was made in 2004, and now its 2009, which means there is already a 5 years difference. The wait must come to an end this year, if at all. |

The X series got it's fair number of titles close together, before BattleNetwork exploded. Then most energy was derived to that. Thus the Capcom produced titles have become less frequent. But that isn't a bad thing. It leaves the fans to saver what is already.
