No,just enough improvements to make it better and eliminate the problems from the japanesse version. If the problems are fixed,the game will sell better and with the risk capcom took to bring the game here,it important to touch the largest audience possible with tatsunoko vs capcom,as a business thing and a critics thing.

ZX Megaman ZX Posts: 226	I disagree on the obscure characters bit. Every crossover IMO, at least half the cast should be obscure or else you'll end up with the same roster over and over and over again. Formerly known as "A Robot Appears" and "capcommunist."

NotAlexander Posts: 120	Gene from God Hand is #1. Pleeeeeeeease put him in, Capcom. He's the perfect character for the vs series and goes well with the whole "Capcom Graveyard" character thing going on in the game. And I wuv God Hand. Speed/Go if you can get him in there, too. Please do NOT change the Tatsunoko characters' names to their American counterparts. Online is an absolute must. If it isn't there, you'll see even less sales of what is already going to be a rather niche release. If possible, maybe add in some sort of single player Sub-Space Emmisary/Final Fight-esque beat 'em up mode. As awesome as that would be, it's probably too late for that I realize. Still...just throwin' the idea out there.

But which ones names are all that different? Some of these didn't even come to America so no risk on them. and the rest, I'm sure the Gatchaman names are the same, as is Karas, Cashern is just changed to Cashan, so what would be dramatically different?
