but why street fighter? that game is bein played out alot why not let mm legends 1,2 come out and breath of fire 3 and 4 and have 3 come to the states finally on the psp along wit alot other psx games apart from fightin games cus they r fun but they do get tiring after a while |

Well, after Alpha 3, there's really only Street Fighter Collection (which is 2 versions of SF2), which considering HD is already on PSN, I doubt they'll put it on. & Street Fighter: The Movie (the game) isn't something a lot of people are looking forward to, including Capcom. Perhaps they're just releasing the rest of the PS1 SF games so they can release other stuff.

yea i understand that but its over kill also if they were to say wait on sfa3 and released some other games and then close to the end of the year then bring out sfa3 or durin a time when there r no fightin games comin out it would be better then tryin to milk fightin games well sf gaames to the max |

I cant see the value in this game with SF4 out none of the older games seem important to me now that I have SF4. I don't really want this game right now, I am suffering from a burnout on fighting games. They have released so many recent with even more to come. Hit me with dino crisis, strider, more RE, or even Megaman Legends. |

I think MvC2 is their main focus right now. I bet it doesn't take all too much trouble (comparatively) to port the ps1 games to psn, so I bet most of the ps1 classics requested will come (MM, RS, RE...). I don't think it's overkill of SF just yet. People are still generally very excited about fighters. The PS1 games will be up on PSN forever (hopefully), so they're probably just worried about lifetime sales.

It's a different game, and Alpha fans have been wanting it for a while now. Personally, I think it's great that more PS1 games from Capcom are coming to the PSN. I wish other comanies would start releasing more PS1 games on the PSN too. Why would it be a bad thing to get more games? Just because these games are out now or are about to be released doesn't mean others won't make it, especially if they're holding to the 20-40 games number.
