I garuntee, the people that complain about his muscles have never been in any sports, or done real physical work in their Life. For those that do workout, those people wanna be like Chris. or at least try to.
He's always carrying around that chain gun and the infinite ammo rocket launcher (just in case he needs to beat a boss at the end of the game) and the buffness just kind of happened

I think jill has the right body muscle, boobs and all. That's why she doesn't have problem leaping into the air and kicked chris and sheva's butt. Jill is a speed type, so it would be counter-productive to have more muscle.
But remember, she was sleepin for pretty much 3 years, all of those muscles from re1 & 3 prob sizzled down ;)
