I know all gaming companies are going sh1t . That's why i haven't bought a single game in past 1 year. Only game i bought was Call of duty 4 in 2007 and i am so happy with it. EA and other companies are like it currently foccusing on Money marketing. These companies don't give a sh1t on what players want to see and how they play. For e.g NFS series by EA is going worst every year. Only good NFS series was NFSU1 and NFU2, other series didn't do well. Now CAPCOM is following same lineup. Tell ya what Capcom GO FOOK YOURSELF. I am playing Ryu since Master fighter was on Nintendo. Simply loved the series of Street fighter every year. Tell ya what CAPCOM stick with your fooking Console gaming, don't try to step in PC market. coz you guys suck in PC gaming programming. If CAPCOM provided ASSIGN 1P Device as option, how the fook hard is to provide Assign 2P Device you S holes. It's good i didn't buy this game and downloaded from Torrent. I will never support any gaming company, who don't give sh1t to the players. Torrent FTW !!! Original Retail !! can suck my balls. Fix this 2P thing, if not then shove your SFIV DVD's up your arses. |

Nobody forces you to play games, there are tons of other hobbies if you don't like it. But to come here and spew all this nonsense, is just stupid. Capcom is bringin' a great fighting game to pc platform, appealing to both casual and pro players alike. People like you fail to see that any company has to make profits, without profits we wouldn't see any new games. You're blowing this out of proportion, SFIV rocks.. just because there is an issue with 2 players on keyboard, doesn't give you the right to crucify it. This will probably get patched in the future, oh right.. you didn't buy the game.. no patches or online for you P.S.: I hope capcom pulls your IP address from the forum database, and sends some cops to your place to check up on your games. Now that would be funny to read about in some blog. Just because you're in the comfort of your own home, behind a computer screen.. doesn't make you invulnerable to the reality outside.

While it's important to let Capcom know where they went wrong, this kind of stuff is just ridiculous. They simply thought that nobody in their right mind would want 2 players using the same keyboard at the same time for a fighting game. It just doesn't make sense..... UNTIL you throw in things like Xarcade controllers, IPACs, and the like. Should they have thought of this? Of course. Do I hate their guts for this? Absolutely not. Will I buy the game? Yes. (I just have to wait until August to buy my comp.) Am I eternally grateful that this came out on PC? You bet your ass.
THANKYOU CAPCOM for bringing this title to PC. Yes there are some errors that need to be patched but overall it's an outstanding title. |

Lmao, If you didn't know that one keyboard can't enable 2 players then never say you are pro gamer or sfiv fanboy. I played emulator games with legal roms on my pc with my bro using one keyboard on one PC(now we got 2 PC's). How hard is to provide customization of Keyboard? and Adding an option Assign 2P device? Maybe now you think what am i upto...If you still can't, so hard to make yo mail. |

Unfortunately I'm on a a 64bits OS so cannot use PPPjoy...
I can play alone with my X arcade, but that's a bit crappy and would be glad to see a patch. |

Bill, thanks for the fast reply! I actually have no problems now playing 2-player mode with my x-arcade except that even when cross checking your data over and over again with notepad and SF4 my player 1 isn't configured correctly. It starts up nicely recognizes both players. But when playing a vs mode left or right or down work simultaneously with a kick or a punch only for player1. Player 2 works 100%. Do you have any idea what could be wrong? All screenshots and files you posted on here are the ones you are using now and work perfectly for you? Or did you make some changes in the controller1.ini, on your x-arcade or even in the sfiv lancher afterwards? I appreciate the help! T. |

I'm glad PPJoy exists but in someways I'm not because I fear Capcom will just say, oh there is a solution, thats good enough, and leave it at that. I'm afraid the majority of users that can use PPJoy will eventually fall silent and this problem will fade from their memories, leaving the minority that is us 64bit users to keep hope alive. |

I also have I-PAC controllers and am running Vista 64. I would be interested in buying SF4 if it were supported. |
