WEll I was a hoping that we could possibly make an impact on the torrent download speed since there are quite a few members here. But after looking it over, we'd all have to be very dedicated and there would need to be a LOT of us doign it if we were to make any sizable impact. Even if we could, as Reizo said, some people don't mind waiting 2 weeks. Anyway, on the bright side, hopefully the people who torrent it will enjoy the game and want to play online. Then they'll have to buy it.

I wasn't talking about US law, here you own the license thus are free to download a backup copy, its no different then having HL2 on steam or on disc.
