Look here at the different section headings as loads of help: www.microsoft.com/games/en-US/Support/Pa... However you may want to disable your firewalls both router & windows as most GFWL errors are related to user security/network settings which affects most users outside the US more as for some reason ISP's in most other regions put in more restrictive NAT settings. Does GFWL guide network status button report Open NAT if not thats your problem although you may have a corrupt local profile as well. You can delete this by using the GFWL marketplace software to remove the local profile from your PC. This does not affect achievements at all only local save data for any GFWL games installed. Lots of people can play SF4 PC online fine I know some who have already had well over 500 matches with no problems whatsoever as SF4 is technically very strong and easy to play so the problem must be with your PC & or gamertag profile. Are you sure your gamertag is an online profile as on PC you can create both offline & online profiles. Try using your gamertag on any X360 and see if that downloads your profile if not you need to create a new profile.

I will add the following: On Vista you need to enable the SSD Discovery Service set it to automatic. No UPnp=No port forwarding will work in Vista. Try that reboot then try again. Also go to the following pages as both will determine if your PC or profile is the problem: LIVE server Status:www.xbox.com/en-CA/support/default.htm?W... Windows LIVE server Status: support.msn.com/eform.aspx?productKey=pa...

If you bought the game you should have one. |

Product key is printed on the manual. All purchased copies will have one. BTW, when digital sales start happening, tomorrow you will also receive a code electronically.

I have actually read about retail copies coming without a GfWL product key in non-GfWL supported countries. Not sure if that's the case here, but it's a possibility. |

Its also a possibility that its not a legal copy of the game too.

I think you setup SFIV with the xbox version, not GFWL version. Try to set up GFWL account with ur hotmail account. |
