Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX (PSP) D-pad attachment for real?

I read somewhere (Gamespot or IGN) that if you buy Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX (PSP) directly from Capcom, it comes with a D-pad attachment that gives your thumb a better grip to perform the moves. Is this true? |

Interesting. As I recall, some 3rd party accessory maker companies make those kinds of d-pad attachments. |
