I would think it's a necessary feature for games in 2009. Sven said that it's not in spyborgs because you have to save stuff for the sequel. But why don't you want to try and make the best game you can? You know, pack in everything. RE5 was the first numbered game to feature Co-op, but... it has online. Didn't you want to save stuff for the sequel? I wouldn't mind a delay if we could just get some online co-op, and I'm sure many gamers agree with me.
Oh, and will Spyborgs use Motion +?

"How many Wii titles have online co-op, even from Nintendo?" - Sven... so you want Capcom to be as mediocre as the rest of Wii developers? Figures. |

I've heard that every time a game's release date is pushed back, a big chunk of money is lost.....I can't recall the numbers though. |

I blame friend codes for any game that does not support advanced online features. There just too much of a headache to get things to work out right online when you have to hurdle this obstacle. Nintendo needs to remove this or at least remove it from any game rated T or higher. |

Developers don't HAVE to use FC's. EA never has.

Unfortunately consumers have lower expectations when it comes to the Wii and online, so publishers and developers can generally get away with leaving online out. Spyborgs also skews young and lacks all-ages appeal, so there's even less incentive to include it. |

First of all I too want spyborgs to be on-line co-op. As for resident evil I think part 4 was the blue print which lead to re5 to now have on-line co-op. |

Yeah, but RE4 didn't have Co-op. Approximately how long would it take to add online Co-op to the game?

Exactly. spyborgs is in the same position as resident evil 4 was. If a part 2 is made then it will be at the same level as resident evil 5. I am a big final fight fan and I wanted this game to be the blue print for a new FF game. Hopefully capcom changes their mind and add on-line play. |

I honestly don't think that playing with an anonymous stranger would be any more fun than playing with the computer. It sort of seems like the same thing. Except the computer won't hog items and die for no reason and that sort of thing. This game is a blast with 2 people in person though.
