SFIV hasn't stood the test of time around here. It played it way too safe, and we've pretty much all moved on to BlazBlue. I'm looking forward to SFV.

There are no plans for DLC characters for Street Fighter IV.

Ok, I'll relent and feed the troll:

BlazBlue is excellent... but c'mon, to suggest that the 2.5M+ SF players have migrated to something that will sell a couple hundred thousand units at best is lunacy.

ahahahaha, feeding the troll. I like BlazBlue, honestly I do, but SFIV is where it's at. I'm on that game every night, heck, I'm sometimes there at 1 or 2 in the morning, and it's STILL easy for me to find a good match. Besides that, BB isn't feeling that balanced to me. More spamming, less skill. SFIV seems more purposeful to me.

Back to the thread topic at hand, There has got to be an update to SFIV coming, it's tradition. I expect at least two more updates, honor tradition. Expand the gameplay vie DLC as the new means to update instead of buying a whole new game. More characters are a must.

UMM  BlazBlue vs. Street Fighter....  epic fail... BlazBlue will long be forgotten while Street Fighter IV and even Street Fighter II Tournments will still be going on....

Well, maybe I didn't put that quite right, I really wasn't trying to troll. I just mean me and my friends around where I live. We were disappointed in the netcode, the lack of characters, and a few other things. For a good few months I did my best to support SFIV and showed my support for more characters, improved online, etc. But it's clearly not happening. Rather than continue to hold out false hope, I'll pass the time with other games while I wait for the next SF, that's all.

I must say I agree with Rock.......personally I have not played blazblue at all......but I am dying to try it out.....however there is no way that all the people will give up on SF for BB......I have said this before and I will say it again...SF characters are wayyyyyyyyy too iconic to ever die......if there is one game out there that is meeting the same quality as SF it would be BB (at this moment).....KOFXII flopped it stinks.....the graphics are....well.... pixellated come on? who was the genious behind that.....

anyways CAPCOM no matter what you release if its SF I am buying.....don't care if its DLC or not......I am buying......as to which I owuld prefer...well to me its equal...but for you I would recommend DLC.....I think there is more money to be made that way.....c ya later guys
