Come to think of it, if at all possible I would love to get in on the Steel Batallion craze so I could bust out this big controller and pilot a mecha! If you are able to, toss Jin Saotome's Blodia II and some Tech Romancer Mechs in there for some downright INSANITY! Hell some of the Mechs in Mega Man Legends, go NUTS! www.the-nextlevel.com/features/developer... Oh and you can also use this joystick to control Dante in DMC3 and 4. Now we have enough buttons to control all of his styles AT THE SAME TIME! J/K I don't want your TVs exploding or anything. |

I'm saying that if they're going to make a HD-ified version, might as well have some new stuff to go along with it and call it DMC 5. Actually, Tales of Destiny's PS2 remake is one of my all-time favourite console games, but that's also practically a new game. I wouldn't mind a similar update to DMC, but again, you might as well just call it a sequel, then. And seeing how the originals hold up pretty well even today, I think a simple graphical facelift is rather pointless.
Start up PCSX2 and you've got that already. |

And before anyone cries "foul" on this, let me remind you just how many games are PS family exclusives, due to being released as PSX games!

A Devil May Cry collection is most definitely the first thing that comes to mind, and is something I buy in an instant after missing the first 3 games and only entering the series with DMC4. Personally I'd love to see a Breath of Fire Collection consisting of Breath of Fire 3 and 4 and maybe Dragon Quarter as well. Megaman is another obvious one really, maybe a collection of the last few Megaman X games and most definitely a collection of Megaman Legends. |

Devil May Cry is a big one, but Resident Evil would also be great to see in a Blu Ray Collection like the God of War pack. I'd also buy an Okami 'collection' (a 'collection' of games consisting solely of Okami, and I'd still say that it is the best purchase ever). Hopefully this God of War pack leads to a bunch of classic PS2 titles becoming available for PS3 (seeing as true Backwards compatability seems like it may never come). PS: Just to reiterate in big bold letters: Okami on Blu Ray Please

If they decide to release DMC1 and 3 on the 360 then I would buy them again. On the PS3, no I wouldn't because I don't like using the PS3 controllers for action games.

Capcom never released Mega Man Anniversary Collection or Mega Man X Collection on europe, so it would be awesome to have both games on a Blu-Ray and finally Capcom could release them on a europe. |

"Are there other titles you'd like see go this way? I'm looking for some temperature readings". Well, if it's enough to get on Kotaku, I assume that it'll get the attention of Sony. I'm hoping that more of these games get a PS3 version remaster. I think it would be pretty cool if like Konami redid Metal Gear Solid 1, 2, 3 for the PS3 and then released like an expanded version of MGS4. Capcom should definitely do the DMC games and maybe do the Onimusha games later. Oh and Konami should also consider remastering Zone of the Enders 1 and 2. I'm thinking that Sony is trying to start a new trend ot remaster + anthology-ing PS2 games on a PS3 BluRay instead of doing B/C...or maybe as a temporary means for us to enjoy some older games in HD. |

I'll be right behind ya.. and I'd be first in line for a DMC collection as well.. PS3.. I haven't played the first 3 (even though the PS2 was my system last gen) and I'd be interested.. The GoW collection is being enhanced with trophies added (2 Plats!!), so if the same was done with the three DMC games.. 720p with trophies for each.. (3 Plats!!) that would be pretty cool.. I'd prolly buy more than one lol |

But I would like to see a "CLOVER COLLECTION": Viewtiful Joe 1&2, Okami and God Hand. |
