Would you consider adding this filter to RE5?

If you're still looking for suggestions, would you be at all interested in adding this mod? Apparently all the mod effectively does is remove the default filter that Resident Evil 5 carries anyway, so do you think this might be something you could add, perhaps in the new Alternate Edition? A lot of people are speaking very highly of the mod through communities like Biohaze and THIA, so there's definitely a demand there for it!

RE5 Filter

ENB Series modder Boris Vorontsov has just released a graphics optimisation for the upcoming PC release of Resident Evil 5. It can be downloaded here, but first check out the results of the mod here.

Apologies if this has been brought to your attention already and been answered, i went back 8/9 pages of topics in this section and couldn't find anything. Thanks in advance though for any answer that might be forthcoming from Sven and co...it's been a long time!

JUST TO RE-ITERATE...

Whilst understandably you wouldn't be able to use third party modifications, if it's true that all this mod does on PC is REMOVE the existing RE5 filter, all the community asks is that you open this avenue up for console users, with your own Natural filter.

Thanks for listening/reading.

Yeah, a natural color filter like this (or un-filter, I must say) would be a nice addition. Perhaps included in the Alternative Edition in the Extras?

that would be a good idea to have that mod and also is the alternate edition going to be on the 360 if it is then i hope that you can decide if you want a normal controller or motion controlled

Asking this once is enough, asking in every other thread is a little ridiculous.

Put it on the 360 version please. I love it, but will probably never be able to experience it on the computer version.

I like the idea of a color filter option that gives you slightly less "stylistic" filtering (in the single color theme type of way) and adds some more "lively/strong" colors.

I don't really like the look of the ENB sample shots ("default" indoor shot looks more lively and outdoor shots look a bit too strong/flashy... Maybe an elaborate option screen to adjust various "advanced" brightness/contrasts/filter settings would be nice touch to go with a non-filtered look option?)

But, yeah, would be nice to see something like that added to the game (along with v-sync toggle options, or at least v-sync for cutscenes, in the 360 version :p)
