Jesus It just got announced today and its already started. Chill dude, its coming to PC. Hopefully, it will get delayed like SF4 PC so they throw in all those extra tweaks. Look at how much better the PC version was VS console. |

Why make us wait months after console release just for some graphic filters no one uses, they don't even mention a PC version on the trailer or official statement. Yeah, this really makes me want to continue buying capcom games (on any system). |

Like how they fixed the netcode and added lobbies... wait, no, that never really happened. There are even a couple PC-specific bugs that are simple to fix but potentially crippling, which they've reportedly have no plans of fixing (proper keyboard support, issue with the variable framerate setting online). It also turns out that Yoshinori Ono's claims regarding lack of funding being the reason for no patches or a sequel weren't entirely true: it'd seem it's simlpy that they were too busy with SSF4 and couldn't be bothered to patch SF4. They already got your money for that game, after all, why should they care? It's pretty disheartening. Oh well, business as usual. |

Fingers crossed for Super Street Fighter IV for PC, I like my True HD version of SF4 and SSF4 needs to follow suit! :) |

I agree that the lobby system where you can only see three available players is just irksome. The netcode is perhaps the most garbage ridden netcode possible. Even matches with players with good bars, tend to be laggy and it makes it difficult to tell who is experiencing genuine lag and who is using a lag switch. But the variable frame rate issue isn't a bug. Variable is so you can exceed 60fps if your GPU supports it. This creates an issue if your system can't really handle that in an online set up or if the other player is not set to varaible. Really Capcom just needs a patch to force fixed (which puts you either at 30fps constant or 60fps constant, but no higher). In fact, you will find a lot of forum threads telling people to play using only fixed. It prevents hick ups that may appear to be lag. |
