This interview raises a few questions. Jun calls RE4 players "maniacs" because the direction HE took with the series had nothing to do with fan feedback. But we are to blame, why? I personally feel that CAPCOM doesn't listen to their fans. Why create this website and ask for feedback from your fans when you don't take it into consideration. We tell you we want darkstalkers, you give us SF4; we say we'll settle for darkstalkers & darkstalkers 3 as ps1 classics, you give us SFA1&2 as ps1 classics &SSF4(2010). There is no where on the forums that has more support than darkstalkers has to my knowledge. Why can't we get any information on a new darkstalkers game/re-release? I know I said I would buy MvC2 this fall but I have since changed my mind. I don't like being given the run-around by corporate PR. I'll take my "maniac" money else where. I'm not angry at you Sven, I did appreciate your hard work at getting MvC2 on PSN. |

Honestly, you can't compare darkstalkers to Street Fighter! Capcom has been firing on all cylinders lately. |

I think "Maniac players" is taken out of context. It's being translated from Japanese, keep that in mind.
I support a classic RE Franchise Reboot. Just say "no" to online multiplayer!

ummm fans actually asked for street fighter first. Plus it had more fan support than darkstalkers. They actually do use this site for feedback which is why SSFIV is coming out. They have no control over ps1 classic as that is dealt through Sony. |

Yup! For instance, Sony has the rights to RE:Director's Cut. You will never see that on XBLM.

^liscensing yeah they do. But all ps1 games that are posted on PSN are done by sony not the game maker. |

Hey The Man Good things come to those who wait. Let them sort out SSF4 for a while and then we will see what the future holds. Do you really think that Sven and company don't know there is a huge request for Darkstalkers? They know trust me they have to know. Oh and you can try to bully the Unity staff it will get you NO WHERE fast. They will let you know, let your voice be heard in a cival way. Do you want 2-d hd remix or a street fighter 4 look for darkstalkers? Trick question I want both, who will remix the game? I don't think Sirlin the part time, mr know it all will do it this time around. Good luck |
