Wii is one of top selling systems in Japan...were games are commomly are made.  >_>

ThounNow Ps3 is selling better (and is #1) and poor 360..is selling poorly..

And really they gave there reason why wii would not get some games.

Inless you want nother CTYD game, it was fun as hell...but it looked ugly and threw most fans off.. lol

Really, its develpor or other factors that decide what system a game ends up on, not just Capcom.

Fans beg and beg and show support and sometime they get what they want, other times you don't.

*shrugs*

I don't think a re5 on wii...would look all that great.  and half spots with to many people...be cut down to... 4--5?   talk about boring.

Well, the Wii is a very underrated console of this generation so I'm glad that there are great games finally coming to it.

Capcom favors putting games on the consoles they're better suited for. You do find the occasional odd duck experiment from time to time, like CTYD, but even those end up working.

"Whose motorcycle is this?"
"It's a chopper, baby."
"Whose chopper is this?"
"It's Wesker's."
"Who's Wesker?"
"Wesker's dead, baby. Weskers's dead"

Capcom doesn't favor Nintendo. It's the opposite. They haven't made any big-budget games for the Wii except for Monster Hunter 3.

Big budget Capcom games that are on the PS3 but aren't on the Wii: Lost Planet, Lost Planet 2, Dead Rising 2, Devil May Cry 4, Street Fighter IV, Dead Rising 2, Resident Evil 5.

Resident Evil REmake, 0, and 4 for the Wii are all cheap GameCube ports. Nintendo also purchased exclusivity rights to REmake and 0 so they can't be ported to the PS360. RE4 can be played on the PS2 and backwards compatible PS3s (blame Sony for stripping out backwards compatibility if your PS3 doesn't support it).

Even putting aside the issue of all the big-budget Capcom games that haven't come to the Wii outside of the Resident Evil franchise, it basically comes down to this: Would you rather have RE5 or the two RE rail shooters on the Wii? If you say RE5, why are you arguing that Capcom favors Nintendo?
