Female Krav Maga fighter from Israel; that coul tie-in with Shadaloo or any new organization. Think about it, Capcom, it would be awesome and a first Wink

Ryu: "That's fine. Perhaps I can learn something worthwhile from your discipline. However, I won't lose. Let me show you the meaning of true strength."

From my point of view, Capcom needs to added a new character with Egypt's nationality   along with Elena cause she was the first african representant

Okay, but why Egypt exactly?... Just out of curiosity?...

I want Elena for the fact that she would represent Africa and bring in a "proper" capoeira-user (Blanka's definitely NOT capoeira)... Also Ibuki, despite being Japanese, because hey she's a ninja!... But really, I have no qualms whoever they choose to put in...

Rufus is actually kinda popular in SF4, from a tournament stand point. Actually, all 4 of Ono's creations are fairly popular. They all made it to the top 20 at Evo and seem fairly used in most tournaments. I hope Ono really dosen't fall prey to the hypocrates who want "so n so" to return, then end up using him or her once and goes right back to using Ryu and Ken.

IMO, he needs to create more "new" characters, esp ones who are already in the SF storyline (Sf1 characters count here) ...thus creating new fan favorites and keeping the game fresh. This whole "rehash-reuse" of the same characters is gonna end up biting him in the ass in the end.

I would think that any newly included characters will always be popular... I don't mind his movesets, I just hate his character design--blech!... And FYI, Ono already ceded the fans that so-and-so should return: Gouken... I hate everybody who asked the dead guy to return only to be revealed that he was sleeping the entire time... Hey, let's bring back Maude Flanders and Aeris while we're at it...

Oh no, you're not alone. Several people disliked his design from the start, some of those same poeple warmed up to it, and some still haven't.  If he was Lee from SF1....some people would careless as long as he's top tier. However, Lee would have made more sense and fit in better from a story standpoint.

Yeah, some "story fans" share the same opinion on Gouken as well. Unless he turns out to be some clone? Same with Gen.

El Fuerte isn't unique. He's a luchador from Mexico.

remember what ever the nationality is, they will be a steriotype. Just seems America and Japan have more steriotypes to work with, plus Capcom mostly being centered in Japan and America effects this.

But I'd like to see a Canadian (like a Mounty brawler).

Not sure what an Egyptian fighter would be like, with a Street Fighter.

surprised we don't have an Australian or Tibetan fighter.

Filipinos and Egyptians would be good, and Israeli too. Also, what would be cool is an actual "Street".

I would also hope that in SSFIV, the grab moves could be countered (Ex: Zangief's Spinning Piledriver, and Abel's cheap grab throw).

Crimson Viper- A very cool chick with her own attitude and an awesome move set.

Rufus- A sterotypical fat American who lives in White Castle

El Fuerte- A Mexican from across the boarder who is an El blaze(Virtua Fighter 5) rip off.

Abel- A somewhat cool French dude, I prefer Remy

They should definlty bring back Elena since she represents capoeira.

An Arab character would be cool, Osma Bin Laden perhaps? JJJJIIIIIIIHHHHHHAAAADDDDDDD

I think I'd rather see a Persian fighter than an Arab one, if only for the history being more rich in combat.
