I do realize they have good relationships with console manufacturers and will basically do whatever Sony or MS tell them to, but how on earth do they plan to become one of the major players in the PC world with that kind of attitude?

I agree with everything said here. I have bought a lot of Capcoms games on PC and they still treat us like second class customers.
