Its a great way to create exposure for one. for another it only has two previous animation attempts, a lousy saturday morning cartoon from the era of bad cartoon ideas (along with Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter in this catagory), and a four part OVA which was entertaining but not *epic* enough. So Capcom, what chances might there be if any of seeing something like this in the future?

This is something that I'd definately love to see. And hey, with the renewal of the UDON Darkstalkers comic (which hopefully will last quite a while this time), I guess anything is possible. I loved the 4-part Night Warriors OVA. Its one of the best things I've ever seen, and definately one of the top video game based TV shows/movies I've seen. Its a shame that they never released a similar OVA for Vampire Savior. An anime series revolving around that game in the series would've had loads of content for at least 4 episodes, even more probably. And there is no denying that Jedah would've been an awesome bad guy in an anime. |

Agreed! Even though the OVA veered from the games style and settings it was still really creative and enjoyable :] it made me like Donovan XD I'd love it if they did re-release it :/ I still have the VHS of the first two but I never got to get the last ones :[

I support another OVA. If they do, I hope the same team who worked on the OVA's work on it. A littly too wishy washy but I still enjoyed it. I only have the first DVD though. =/ Plus the animation and art direction was spot on imo. I would only have liked for it to have been a bit darker and more action.

I think that this would be a great way to gauge interest. They could sell the movie on the console online networks to see who likes the show. Real copies are important as well.
Let girls fight. Let lots of girls fight, and let the fight decide who gets the rounds beat out of them. FIGHT!

Luckily, I found this noteworthy plan in Sven's organizer months ago. "If New title + Darkstalkers = $$$ then more $$$ = risk-free anime"
"My young seeds once again,
will look up to the sky, And I know they will grow strong..." "insert long post here when I have time to write it." "Stay Tuned."- Sven Call me the CapComrade! Dark Void - 54 Clicks to Ignite |

I would love to see a Darkstalkers anime based on Vampire Savior with Shuko Murase returning to do the character designs! Ah well it's fun to dream. |

Capcom would first have to find a company to make it. Capcom does not make anime's. THey only give the license for other companies to do it. |
