Well, since Street Fighter IV (the series) takes place before Street Fighter III (the series), I guess Capcom will include 3 from the SF3 series to bridge the gap?
I would say that out of the 3 Ibuki and Alex would be included. I guess the third could be Sean since everyone loves Shotos...lol. 
I guess those are the images you guys are talking about? The one regarding Ibuki's probability being part of the roster...?

Ibuki, Makoto and Dudley are the most likely candidates since they were mentioned in the leak which has been correct so far.

it must be refreshing for guile to know he wont have to deal with deejay and remy lol poor guile charlie must be rolling over in his grave seeing what guile has become now its a shame i figured the dude would get a boost after his weak a3 game.

I was kinda hoping that Charlie/Shadow makes it to this game. Something I enjoyed doing was a Sonic Boom battle with Charlie Vs. Guile.
