Since we know several demo builds exist for the game ( Ones from gamescom E3 TGS etc) will we be seeing a demo come to the Nintendo e-shop in November? I really can't see it doing anything but helping game sales and giving us a chance to make sure it is of better quality than Mercenaries 3D.

We're in talks with Nintendo about that and I agree, i think that would help sales a lot. For that to happen we need to get permission to use a larger filensize than demos currently are allowed.

I can't really picture Nintendo objecting against this, a lot of people are willing to buy a 3DS just to play Revelations.
Dear Capcom, RE fans are craving for a true survival-horror experience, with zombies and all the classic monsters, a return of the classic gameplay, of the fixed camera and multiplayer online gameplay. Zombies are also the big trend these days. A new Outbreak game will satisfy all of these.

WTF, you'd think there would be no such hurdles to this, and the fact this suggests there are, won't give fans much hope of Nintendo getting things right with this handheld.
