Call me a pessimist, but I don't like the fact that the PC version of Raccoon City isn't showing up on any retail sites, besides showing the console versions of the game.
I know Capcom got burnt when their last co-op shooter, LP2 got bashed by the press so much that they went Steam/GFW/D2D/etc only and they released it about half a year later.
Capcom, are you that worried about ORC becoming the next LP2 that even though it's a spin-off of probably your biggest franchise, you're being "hesistant" about the PC version?
I would like an answer to how fairs the PC version, because I'm not gonna buy the console versions unless I'm forced to, I like my shooters on my Mouse and Keyboard, and that is why Lost Planet 2 is sitting in my HDD with glorious DX11 support.
You announced a PC version, I want a PC version, so....where is it?
P.S. I'm not angry, I just want my PC version of ORC.

There's a PC version coming. For North America though, like all recent Capcom PC titles, it will be digital release only, so you're not going to see listings at traditional retailers for it. North American retailers have not been supportive of packaged goods and the digital sales on PC for us have long since been the lion's share of sales anyway. Europe I believe will have packaged goods though.
