So here is a link www.ign.com/articles/2013/01/18/rumor-mo... there is a rumor going around that the reason mh4 got delay was to do a simultaneous release on the vita. If this is true Capcom I love you =) lol. So any inputs guys?

It makes no sense, that is the problem. Why screw Nintendo after they have been so supportive, why make a game for a console that struggle to sell. The consequense is that Capcom will end up selling less 3DS-copies and not more MG4-copies.
From 2012 on i will not buy any Capcom-games that are not released on either WiiU or 3DS
So Resident Evil 6 can't come to WiiU because development started before Nintendo sent out development-kits, then explain Darksiders 2 and Assassin's Creed 3, launch games

I really really hope this is true because the Vita is in deep trouble and needs an MH game to kcik it into high gear.
However, I highly doubt this is true. The same rumor source said one of the DQ games for DS was delayed to bring it to PSP. Turned out to not be true...
It just doesn't make sense...

Never trust a rumor. And besides, the Vita has been kind of a "failure". Not totally but most people realize the Vita doesn't really meet anyone's expectations and to waste time developing a game for it instead of releasing a better version would be pretty silly.

It's not true. Someone already asked Sven about this yesterday and his response was basically, no. The only plans they have in the works are to bring it to one console. Besides, they may have moved it back to summer, but that's only 6 months away. If it was coming for the Vita they would be promoting and trying to get Japan pumped up and help the Vita sales. I mean they first introduced MH4 over a year ago and have been promoting it for the 3DS ever since. Are they really going to flip flop a mere 6 months from release? Every MH fan in Japan already bought a 3DS for Monster Hunter and soon all of us in the west will be buying a Nintendo system for MH3U. It only makes sense to keep it as a Nintendo release. Possible that they'll make a Portable 4th port some time down the line, but even then that is no guarantee of it coming our way.
