From IGN.

"And it is the best downloadable game to date on XBLA and PSN."

Do you have any other classic playing sidescrollers in barrel ready to be shot out of the ole development cannon if this does as well as it should?

Oh and Wii Port on Disc for $19.99?

Capcom amazes me

We need more 2D kinds of games, 2.5D to be exact.

3D was good when it was introduced and was awesome on the ps2 era...but now, bring back the old(2D) and give it awesome graphics(the new).

Anyone here remember Klonoa? Tomba? Crash Bandicoot?

Great examples of 2.5D games, fun, fun, fun.

Personally I agree 110% with the review

CO-OP for the win, so much fun to play this with my brother.

I'm quite pleased with it. The Ben and the team at Grin did a phenomenal job with the game and I'm glad it's getting the response it deserves from the early media. I'm really hoping it keeps up.

We have ideas at the moment... time will tell.

No plans at this time. Sorry.

I´ll borrow this thread too, since I have asked this question twice before, but not got an answer. Laughing

The games is not listed under "Coming soon" on Steam. Is it up to Capcom or Valve to put games there? It seems like you are missing some good advertisment by not getting the game there.

Oh, and please add pre purchase-options to your Steam games. The reviews indicates that this is a must buy-title. Laughing

At least the first review is awesome. I really look forward for these game.

Knowing Ben's and Grin's passion for the original and seeing the videos, I'm so confident it will be great. Looks like they did a perfect job.

Unfortunately, it sounds like poor Ben is going to be dying an early death from all the stress and overwork. The poor guy.

Sven, any plans to revise any other old titles? I think Gargoyle's/Demon's Quest could be huge if done right. (maybe the DMC team?).  But since you guys are on a 8-bit binge, theres ...

Trojan,SonSon,Section-Z,Legendary Wings,Nemo, Destiny of an Emperor(whats that?)

Black Tiger

(if you're wondering, got all that from gamefaqs)

You never know what might come back. Bear in mind, remakes/rebirths are interesting, but we still need to keep our tried and true sequels, new IP and all other projects going too (and we don't have infinite resources to develop or manage development of everything we could be doing). I don't think we want to oversaturate the market and we want to carefully pick our shots. Bionic Commando (both Rearmed and Next Gen) is a huge bet for us.

You should probably assume that we'll see how it does before we commit to any new projects of that nature.

In other news. 1Up gave BCR an "A"
