I bought BCR yesterday, I installed it but my serial Number doesn't work !?
I tried to redownload it but I have a message from Digital river : "Download more than 10 times ..." (I have a download manager that download a file in many parts =S) and that nice download manager erase my previous file, so I can't get it anymore !

Sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing. You can contact the Capcom Store directly via telephone at 952-646-5000 or you can send them a message through their customer service page. If you do not get a replay back from them within 48 hours please feel free to message me.
When you are able to download the game again I strongly suggest you do not use any type of download manager.

Congrats on 130,000 - Ben Judd must be flying sky-high on that news.
I just purchased the PC ver today from Capcom Store (although Steam WAS the first place I looked, but I have no probs buying direct either).
Sadly it's crashing on startup, so I've been browsing Tech Support forums on bioniccommando.com and it seems the Ageia PhysX drivers conflicting with video card drivers seems to be giving crashes for quite a few folks.
Operational issues aside I'm looking forward to playing it, once it can actually run.
