And of course they're not making anything on the DSUndecidedYou know the hadheld that consistently outsells the PSP every month.

You guys aren't giving the DS OR Wii anything.

Wait...I dont understand Sven...you cant comment on if you guys are working on anything "OTHER" than Monster Hunter...call me crazy but isnt it good PR to say that a company is actually doing something for a system?

Or could it be that you guys really are giving up on the PSP? Just because Monster Hunter has put you on the top of the charts doesnt mean anything else has. Capcom used to make me proud, but these days it seems you cats just play it safe.

true, they had to test the Wii's waters, that doesn't make sense. You used to be my favorite developer, but now you're not.

Wheres the point in asking capcom if you never get a straight answer...I know you guys get paid to be vague...but giving consumers a little hope for the future is a good thing.

Actually MotoGP 08 isn't on PSP.

On the topic of MH, I've got nothing I can talk about right now. Hands are tied.

MotoGP is not coming to the PSP?? That's too bad...

Anyways, about MH... you gotta be more careful Sven. We didn't ask anything about it in this thread... we were talking about games not related to MH. Wink

Want some hope?
I'll tell you the one thing that Sven said a couple of times, but I feel is one of the most important things (and he should probably put in his signature) :
(paraphrasing) "You, (the fans) know, in a given time, about half (or less) of the games that are in development."

Hope that helps and aliviates the pain of waiting in the dark (I know exactly how it is...)

well if by half you mean there are currently NO announced games in development for the PSP then...Iam not too hopeful. Half of nothing is...er, nothing. And it seems Capcom does not have much in the works. Aside from anothr Monster Hunter, which is pretty much a guarantee, as it is a safe bet. I miss the old days when Capcom didnt have such a yellow belly.

Well, the reason for projects being announced or not is because everything
is part of a plan. That's why they have to hold their projects until
the right time to cause the right impact to the right people.

Another important thing that I forgot to mention before is the following:
Capcom (and many other companies) check for the success of their franchises AND the platform they release their games on, among many other things. What I mean is that if MH sells really well on the PSP, we tend to see more MH titles (in other platforms too) AND more PSP titles (of different genres and franchises). That was just one example, but can also be applied to any other situation.

So, you want more PSP games from Capcom?
Then... did you buy the Monster Hunter games, the Megaman remakes, Harvey Birdman, SFA3 MAX, VJoe, Capcom Classics Collections, PowerStone... heck! That's a lot of games isn't it?
If all of them had been successful, I bet you would be seeing a lot more coming.

Ah, and you can also blame PSP piracy if you'd like... but please don't blame Capcom.

Well, as Capcom are my favourite developer, I'm glad they're having such success with Monster Hunter on PSP. Unfortunately MH isn't my cup of tea, and since it's general feeling there won't be much  (if anything) else coming to the handheld, I'll just save my money for the Capcom's  future Wii offerings.

Did Capcom had before any failed concept idea about Resident Evil Outbreak 3 (or so), or even a Dino Crisis on PSP, to use its adhoc gameplay?

Guess it could be funny.

Capcom? More Development for PSP? Jajajaja But Only More and More Monster Hunter For japan Sell, And Where Devil May Cry PSP announced on 2005/06 and This Game its Appears on Capcom Oficial Japanese Web, Or Resident Evil PSP...

Finally Capcom + PSP = Not Development Also More Monster Hunter For Japan Public

Or if Not that games has capcom for PSP soon? Its DMC PSP (not Port Or Remake for PS2 Version... emm Sparda Story?)? or Its Resident Evil (emm Outbreak PSP Exclusive With RE4/5 Control And Infrastructure and Adhoc Mode Its a Good Idea) Or Onimusha PSP... And What Happened Onimusha 5 (the 4 is Dawn of Dreams)?

I view More Capcom Excelent and AAA Titles for PSP, DMC, RE, Onimusha,etc... PSP is Not  Monter Hunter Console, The PSP Its a almots PS2, Or If Not that Pays Attention To Square-Enix, AAA Titles Like Crisis Core (Past Story of FF VII the Best game of RPG genere), The 3rd Birthday (Parasite Eve 3) or FF Agito XIII (Title of XIII - Fabula Nova Crisis - For PSP Exclusive)

PSP Its a GREAT! Console... But Need Great Titles And Capcom (and Others developer) To Give Some of Those Great Titles That PSP Need.

and Finally... I am Spanish And Sorry for My English its Not Excelent Wink
