I know this will probably fall on deaf ears, but as a midwestern (Minnesotan) resident I'm pretty used to game companies dicking us over when it comes to choosing locations to host promotional events...
That said, I think it would be beneficial for Capcom to promote the new Street Fighter games in the Mall of America in Minneapolis... barring that, I'd even travel as far as Chicago to attend one of these things (I'm originally from that area anyway). I doubt anything will come of this. I've seen game promotional events a couple of times at MoA but nothing I was all that interested in. I think it would generate some excitement among Midwest fans to get one of these promotional events either in Minneapolis or Chicago. |

I thought SF's fanbase was always highest with the "coastal elite"? I kid, I kid. We have more coming and they will get bigger and bigger... stay tuned to the blog in the coming months.

you guys need to do one in vegas. i mean if a but load of people can go to evo they can go to a sfc event in vegas. |
