Wait a minute. If there is a B/C and a B/J assuming B stands for Bass. Shouldn't there be an F/C & F/J for the japanese version where the F standing for Forte?

The B is for Blues.  The US and Japanese version share graphics, so both versions have variant graphics (the US version has the BC/BJ plates and the Dr. R logo, the Japanese version has the PC/PJ plates and Dr. L logo).

someone is out there who will like you. take off your mask so they can find you faster.

Okay that makese sense. :)

So, the guy can't give us any more clues other than what he already stated? I can understand not wanting to show us where to go. But least maybe point us at what we are trying to look for? Is it a new throwing weapon? The "other" effect of the M-Tank? Or maybe it's just the unused surf board enemy? Maybe it's DLC for Bass?

I mean, it does seem sort of suspicious that Bass/Forte has been in almost every single megaman game, up from MM7 until now, other than a blueprint appearance. Not to mention Capcom hasn't even stated anywhere as to what happeend to Bass/Forte after MM8 or MM 8.5 (AKA MM&Bass, RM&Forte). And why would Dr. Wily have Bass/Forte blueprints up on the screen if he is already made/exist? Something is way off here. X_X

The "other" use of the M-tank is, by the way, the same "other" use as in 5.  If you use it while your life and weapons are full, it kills all onscreen enemies and they all drop 1-ups.  Since we've known that for a long time I doubt it's the secret.

When I brought up M-Tank, I was suggesting there might be a third use. The second use was fairly obvious if you learned the secret from 5.

So Seth, are you sure no one has found it yet? I don't wanna be looking for something that is known, but only you don't know that its known. Also, is this a big deal secret or is it an easter egg secret? Like Bass playable would be a big deal, but the date the first Rockman game out in japan in the intro would be an easter egg. I just want to know if we are making to big of a deal outta his.

If BC and BJ (heheh) were to be for Bass Coil/Jet, wouldn't it make more sense as TC and TJ, for Treble Coil/Jet?

BC/BJ just mean Blues Coil/Jet, as already said

No, Ryan Ferneau, it is not.  You didn't read the other half of my post.

IE, both the US and Japanese versions have both sets of graphics (both Dr. logos, both weapon plate variants), even the ones for the other region.  So the US version has the Dr. R logo in its graphics memory even though no levels contain that graphic - they use the Dr. L logo instead.  But both logos are present.  And it's the same for the weapon plates; the US version has BC and BJ, just like the Japanese version has PC and PJ, even though they don't appear anywhere in actual gameplay.

I like how nobody remembered poor Gospel until a page after BC/BJ were mentioned.

If we're throwing theories around, here's mine: BJ doesn't stand for Blues Jet. Use your imagination.
