Yes, I am a PS3 player, and was very sad to see Age of Booty get held back. But, not that sad, because it was just a hold-me-over for Street Fighter II HD Turbo Remix. *catches breath*
Now, to avoid getting disappointed over the November release date (or the hopeful one, anyway), I just want to make sure that Street Fighter II is getting the same release date love on both systems.
Besides, us PS3 gamers have no other way to play ol' glorious Street Fighter online, so you can understand my concern!

It's submitted on both platforms but not approved on either yet so we'll have to see. Fingers crossed.

What's to understand. It's in submission... November is indeed the target month. It's a good month for giving "thanks" for all things Street Fighter. We're certainly hoping we don't miss our date (it could still happen... I did have some concern when Mr. Kramer shared the target). However, the original question had to do with Sony not lagging MS in the release. It is possible for us to bounce the submission on one and not the other which would cause the release to potentially not be simultaneous and still be released in November on one of the two. When and if we get full approval on both, we'll let you know.

It alwas confused me as to why multi platform submissions like SFII HD get delayed. If Sony even thought for a second, they'd realise that they'd sell alot of PS3s by trying to get the game out before the Xbox. I'm guessing there's something I'm missing to understand this clearly. |

I'm not surprised Microsoft is done approving(or at least almost done) since they had the beta before, but the Sony team really needs to work hard at this, otherwise MS deserves to release it first. I hope the ps3 version is the exact same, and should also have the same awsome netcode experience. We're so close to release, I hope we get some news in the next week or two. |

Cheers for the feedback Sven,
When you say "submitted" Does that include the European PSN store version of HD Remix as well? Not just the US store? It's cool to know that the game is finished. And the last hurdle is really getting the ok from Sony/Microsoft.
I hope it is a simulatous release worldwide for the PSN network. It really took the wind out of the sails for Puzzle Fighter. For Bionic Commando Rearmed we only had to wait one more day or so! Hooray! Hopefully We get some Street Fighter love around the same time as everyone else |

It's a month where hopefully the last of the big retail releases finish up and a clean window for digital begins again.
