rubbish. like zoop said, you can have every single controller in the world: theres always a replica or a way to make it work. you can pine xbl and psn all you want, theyre no competition for pc community, one that cant even be measured. its been there since the dawn of time. its also worthy to note that a keyboard is about the most accurate gaming device you can have. so anyway, sign'd!! im sure the sys req wont be too high so it could do especially well. if done good enough, online games are pirate proof too.

Great post, Zoop. I applaud Capcom for bringing SF4 to PC, hope RE5 ends up being released on the platform as well... And yes, I would totally buy HD Remix via Steam. Signed.

Well we know that SF4 will be released for the PCs so i think that a good idea would be a Collector's Edition which will include SSF2HD. Also Capcom can sell it then individually through their website and via Steam. It's a nice plan IMO. Sven if you're reading this, can you forward it to Capcom? :) |

I think it won't be released in PSP, so a PC version would be great for me to play the game in my summer house. This year I enjoyed BCRearmed in front of the beach. Would be great to have SF2HD and SFIV in PC for the next summer. |

I would also like to see this title on PC. I do think its a bit odd to see their flagship SF4 title coming to PC but not SF2 HD. I would figure if Capcom is trying to examine if their is a fighting market for PC why not first test the waters on a digital title? But again thats just my way of looking at it.. And while i would really like to see this title on PC, i really dont think Capcom will customize the title just for us PC users. They would need to support all 16:10 resolutions which im sure will cause a few issues with scaling the sprites. Either way im happy enough with SF4 coming within a few months now. |

I would also like it if it came out for the pc as long as there's no way people can play online using an unregistered game.

Pirated versions would pop up that'd be good to go for offline play (which is more or less unavoidable), but for the most part they tend to have limited multiplayer abilities at best. As much as I hate to admit it (since I really don't like Steam :P), it'd probably be a good fit on Steam. From what I've heard, the PC version of SF4 has a lot to do with the fact that the arcade board it was developed for is basically a glorified Windows XP PC, not that I'm complaining of course.
wait, what?

theyre either lazy or they dont want us to have it on the PC, considering hd remix would take all of, what, 5 seconds? to straight rip it to the PC (this has been done with some other capcom titles like devil may cry 3, where there was not even an exit button to get back to desktop, so you had to ctrl+alt+del. also its been used for guitar hero 3, fortunately they didnt forget that). its probably to do with pirating, but i expect them to have a little more common sense, since most people do NOT pirate online games, because you have to have an account so like zoop said it would be offline. only super-awesome-knobhead hackers would be able to have the online and even then itd probably be by IP, making it extremely vulnerable. theres a huge goldmine waiting for you here, capcom.... maybe its something to do with sf4's sales, who knows.
