LOL. Either way I would just like to see a new CAPCOM fighting game on the psp. Either a spin-off or an entirely new series.

BTW what is this 1 year old japanese title that yall are talking about?

If it means anything, it's still listed under Capcom Japan site. I just hope it will materialize soon.

Just wondering are there going to be any remakes or entirely new series on the PSP? I know that everything is basically depending on SF4 and RE5's success.

But just wanna know like maybe something like dissidia where you guys take some heroes and villians from every series and make them fight?

We have a good number of projects on PSP still, the largest of which is Monster Hunter Freedom Unite which will be coming in 2009.

I'm not sure I'm understanding your perceived link of PSP projects to SF4 and RE5 though (unless you mean that those are our near term biggest titles).

Really...Capcom is working on something other than the localization of monster hunter? That is the only game I have heard of...when can we expect to hear something about this
"good number of projects"?

Please say soon Sven...I have been waiting for Capcom to give me a reason to love my PSP again.

The game wasn`t i devloppement at all.It appear eminent since it been a long time that the game was scheduled and we didn`t heard of it for a long time.I think it got canceled to focus on something else.

first off, i would like to say this........

is capcom a 3rd party or a regular party. the sony business went a-wall stupid and didnt want third party developers into the sony business, which is why 360 is getting all the good games and the ps3 is getting regular selling games. the sony industry needs to wake up and get with the program and let capcom do its "thang" (or "get its groove on") and make some games for the handheld..............if capcom isn't a third party, then scrap what i said......

other than that, the handheld really do need a wake up with some come-back games from the capcom vault, like mvc2 and cvsnk2 or even sf3. i wouldn't even mind if they did the sf3:new generation (the ones bf they made sf3 but they were only for the arcades and not for consoles). but i do beleive that the capacity that the psp can withhold is not up to par. it probably needs a hardware upgrade or a great hard drive to hold the capacity of these games we so love so badly. i mean the psp can only hold so much, which is why dissidia is actually taking some time to develop...because of space........that's the main deal with psp. i mean it does has potiential (don't get me wrong), but the space it's kind of lacking. i mean, do you want to waste massive bucks for a 16gb memory stick  that's gonna come out later in the years.........or do you want the capacity to play your games your way, at your pace and time..........think about the possibilies.....

the fighting genre must live on.......
