Well Originally this was on the NEO GEO Aracde Cabinet which was own by SNK at this point, Then it was release on to console by SNK and NEO GEO on to the US and Japanese Dreamcast. in 2002 it was re released on to the PS2 however it never made it to the US and the PS2 japanese Version came with online Play :( however SNK is re releasing it again on XBL I have no idea if it'll hit PSN but the version that XBL will get will have online Play!
