I saw this too on the internet. I hope this let's us know that Elena and Ibuki are in SSF4. I mean if Makoto (which is a Japanese name for a boy lol) was in the game, why wasn't she on the cover? Also if you look, ALL these characters are in SF4 and SSF4 jajaja coincidence maybe or hints and confirmation?
