Where did you get the pic?

It looked like it was drawned by the same person who did the artwork for the Capcom Design Works art book

I wish it was Makoto and Hugo =[



But for it's Yun and Yang that make an appearance in Chun-Li's ending.

The two SF III characters that make an appearance so far are not Elena or Ibuki. I can tell you who if you want.
