December 2012 marks the Blue Bomber’s 25th anniversary. As a fan from the very beginning, even typing that sentence fills me with joy. And while we’re still not quite ready to reveal official plans for the 25th celebration, I would like to UNofficially kick things off here on Unity with a live stream of the game that started it all…

Assuming our stream equipment behaves (fingers crossed so hard they’re fusing into one giant, unstoppable finger), we’ll begin at 3pm PST and play through the entire game. And yes, I’ll probably cheese-out a victory against Yellow Devil.

This will lead into a stream of each classic Mega Man game each month throughout the year. Mega Man 2 will follow in Feb, Mega Man 3 in March and so on. Naturally we will have prizes to give away for each stream, so watch along and win cool mega-swag!
