Wow I really don't know where to start...Mallrats, Boondock Saints, The Big Lebowski, Clerks 1&2, Zack and Miri make a Porno, Equilibrium, Ninja Scroll, Revenge of the Ninja, Ghostbusters 1&2, Leon the Professional, Resident Evil Degeneration(seriously awesome work!)...the list goes on!
TV:
Cowboy Bebop, Record of Lodoss War, Beserk, Star Wars the Clone Wars, Smallville(before it got out of control), 1980's The Flash, Justice League Unlimited, Home Movies, Family Guy, Afro Samurai....yep this to goes on and on!
Books:
.... like mags or comics! Well then a lot, but besides those just the Resident Evil Books!
