This is awesome news.  I've been waiting for this since the day I bought my PS3!

Here are the titles I'd like to see:

PS One-

Resident Evil 1(DC), 2, 3, & Survivor

Dino Crisis 1&2

Pocket Fighter

Strider 2 (w/1)

Rival Schools

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure

PSP-

Capcom Classics Collection 1&2

Darkstalkers Chronicles

Fate/Tiger Colosseum

I already own most of these titles, but to have them readily accessible on my Memory Stick at all times without having to use remote play or lug around a folio of UMDs would be great.  I'll re-buy them all in a heartbeat!

Plus, If the PSP Go! rumors are true, then we will absolutely need to have the Capcom PSP games available for digital download.  This is a must...

I doubt we'll se JoJo's Bizarre Adventure see a rerelease do to it being based based on a Manga made by Shonen Jump.

I hope that they still use the UMD, I bought a ton of them...

I'm betting that'll depend on how well they do in North America. If it seems to indeed have been a profitable move, I don't see why they wouldn't make this move go global.

At least you guys got Silent Hill a month or so back.  Not exactly as exciting as some awesome Capcom titles, but that's a good start!  I'm sure you'll get the Capcom goodness, as well...

I have faith. Wink

THE MISADVENTURES OF TRON BONNE!!!

Pocket Fighter with online and leaderboards would also be trippy awesome.

I'd prefer project justice to rival schools, but that didn't come out for PS1...

Strider 2, definitely

Marvel Super Heroes

OH! And Cyberbots!!  I never even got to play that one.  I'd buy them all as is, except Pocket Fighter where I'd want online first.

Granted that fighting games are better with online play, The point is that you can have access to Classic Capcom games at a low price and can even play them on the go.

Maybe this week they'll hit us with some info on when we might start seeing some games. Sven said this month like 3 months ago but that was before this new report a week or so ago.

Umm... none of those old fighting games had online originally.  People still bought them.  It's called playing with friends.  Not to mention practicing, unlocking artwork, getting the endings, etc.

I'd play Project Justice alone.  Never got tired of that game's 1-player mode for some reason.
