has capcom ever made a giant mecha game? i know a ton of companies try it for example konami, namco. i wonder if i missed any for capcom. also, if they didnt attempt to, wouldnt it be a really great idea? |

Cyber Bots, Steel battalion and some Gundam games for the Arcade/PS2/PSP. So yeah.. Capcom has made giant robot games. nowadays no one seems to be making mech games any more though. Last one was Armored Core For Answer. |

They also made Armored Warriors (Cyberbots prequel) and Tech Romancer.

Wow that Akuma-Bot is sick! Thats more awesome than Capcom giving away free money...well almost ! Oh yea Tech Romancer was a great game as well and I would love to purchase it on XBLA

Yep. Jin shows up in the Dreamcast version of Tech Romancer as a hidden character. Blodia (his mech) on that game has nearly its whole Cyberbots arsenal, as well as a couple of moves from Jin's movelist.

It'd be cool if they made a game w/ all of the characters from the Cyberbots/Tech Romancers/Armored Warriors along w/ some other robots from other games, like PTX-40A from Lost Planet & the Hyper Combo forms of Mega Man & Roll from MvC2.
