playing as Jill on easy, I have two masks and the third key as well, but still haven't used it. I just solved the crown, necklace and bracelet puzzle. So far the creepiest part was just after the "dogs" corridor, when four zombies jumped through the windows, I ran to the double door and then another one runs in. the first time I died because I wasn't really expecting it (and let's say I suck too :P). the second time I had my shotgun ready, so I waited for him to come near and then exploded his head :P

ah, the zombie in the closet was expected, but I didn't expect the other one so I was a bit desperate there haha

Well, right now I am currently in the area where I am supposed to stop for the game club.

But damn, I swear, the forest trail leading up to a certain someone's home....still creeps the hell out of me.

Hey all, hope you've been enjoying the game so far!

Discussion Question 3:

This question stems me remembering my love/hate relationship with some of the pitfalls and traps in Resident Evil, like the "ceiling crush" trap. Back when I first played through this game I was stumped and it took me a while to get out of that room alive. Have any of you run into any tough spots in the mansion like this where you either keep dying or are perplexed as to what to do next?

I kinda hate how Jill gets a free pass out of some of the pitfalls.

I support a classic RE Franchise Reboot. Just say "no" to online multiplayer!

Yes. A very tough situation I've been through was trying to keep my ammo all clear due to the cerberus's ambush and the Crimson Heads vicious chase after me. I'm posted in the warm cozy Alcohol Room.

When I originally played the remake, the spot that took me a while to catch on was the puzzle involving the imitation key, now I was really young and at the time hadn't played as many survival horror/riddle games as I do now a days so I didn't realize that the dog whistle and the whole imitation key went together, but eventually I realized this and moved on feeling dumfounded.

well, I'd say that the only puzzle that ever left me with a feeling of stupidity had to be the one involving a room full of knights.

I would always press the button before the puzzle was over and kill myself...only because I was usually in red caution before the poisonous gas would fill the room.

Something interesting I found out one time in the tiger eyes compartment is that if you put the red jewel in instead of the required yellow or blue, the door locks and dozens of those snakes are released from the ceiling into the small room.  I was completely caught off guard by this and kill a good sum before succumbing to the poison bites.
