No,he is talking about crossover that we dont expect at all.A exemple,we didn`t expect capcom to do crossovers with marvel in the 90.Another exemple is tatsunoko.When capcom do crossover,they try to surprise us with crossovers that we didn`t expect.

Instead of a Capcom vs Darkstalkers, it should have a name like Capcom Fighting Evolution and such not like "Franchise" vs "Franchise"

Myself i dont want those crossovers.Nintendo vs capcom would work in a smash bros but i dont see it in a traditionnal fighting game with super jumps and stuff.Shonen jump would prevent the game to be released here.Square enix vs capcom would be boring in term of roster because most character in the game would be final fantasy characters.

Street fighter vs darkstalkers would be worthless.Something like a crossover that feature character from the street fighter series,darkstalkers,strider,megaman,devil may cry,resident evil is a better idea already.

Exactly, thanks for explaining, and Yoshi, you're just naming some random titles for Capcom to cross with but the decision should be well thought of before throwing the idea at someone.Besides, vs games take a while before it is released and what was the amount of time with the previous vs game? It should be something that everyone likes and not just something so general or predictable.
