I have to disagree with you here. the point of a badge is to be able to recognize the achievments of others. if everyone has different badges for the same achievment then you cannot tell who has what.

Not yet, sorry. Honestly it's still in the list of things to get working on. Personally, I was excited about this and wanted everyone's input about it early. I'm jotting all your ideas down for possibilities. However, what actually comes to fruition in the final application of a badge system is still to be determined.

There are a few things taking priority right now, including the beta testing of Auctions and Raffles. Which I might add the first test was a success, and the winners' prizes are in the mail. That said, I think we'll be putting up some other stuff soon...

Anyways, auctions and raffles are important since they're putting value to the hard earned points you make by being active on Unity. Badges will hopefully implement some of the cool things about the points/auctions/raffle system.
