i was actually thinknig more of like a Final Fight Collection with the first 3 games, Revenge was alright, but really the last 2 final Fight games Final Fight Revenge and Final Fight Streetwise were just horrible

It doesn't matter what games were good or bad in the series, it's a collection, it should have everything, except Streetwise because it's still fairly new and easily available, but Revenge is part of the series, and not something many people got to experience, which is why it should be included, regardless of how good or bad it was.

Also if they're doing the collection they need to figure out how to get every version of FF1 into a single version, or rather all the best stuff from all the different versions of FF1 into one game. Though I don't know if that's possible anymore as I think Capcom no longer has the original source code for it the first FF game(s)

Yeah, Revenge should be included at all costs !

And a FF whit every good thing from every version is kinda insane.
Cool.

Yeah, that's apparently why we got a (rather terribly) butchered version of the game in Final Fight Streetwise.

Final Fight in Capcom Classics Collection was ported from Capcom Generations (as were 15 of the other games in the collection), so if they were to port it again they might use that one.

^Yeah, it's just that you see all the different versions of FF1, and there's no "defenitive" version of it, like each one has advantages, or something the other doesn't.

Final Fight in Capcom Generations 5 had the best and most arcade-perfect port  but Final Fight CD and Final Fight One had tons of extras.

I can actually see where you're coming from. I wonder which version Capcom would use in a collection. We've already gotten the arcade perfect game once before, 2 butchered versions, and 2 ports with a few differences in gameplay but tons of extras.

After Streetwise, I think the IP needs a little rest but what else would you like to see in such a product?

^LOL!

Yeah, you guys messed up pretty bad with it.

but what else would you like to see in such a product?

You mean a Collection or a new game?

As for a collection I'm sure everyone would just like or would expect every FF game except Streetwise, like I'd imagine the collection should include...

Final Fight (Arcade Version)
Final Fight One
Final Fight 2
Final Fight 3
Mighty Final Fight
Final Fight Revenge

I don't think it needs any other version of FF1 like FF:Guy or FFCD or anything else as it be too redundant, plus you pretty much get everything if the Arcade version and FF One are included.

Now as far as a new FF game entirely goes (like something like Streetwise) I'd simply suggest two things

1) Have it take place in the 80's, ie the era of the original games. It doesn't have to remake of any of the games, but should take place in that era. Just look how well recieved something like GTA: Vice City was when set in that era, so basicly you'd be catering to fans of the old games who like nostalgia, people that like stuff like Vice City, and people that like street brawlers. Where as the only appeal with Streetwise was for people who wanted to play a street brawler, as opposed to something nostalgic or Final Fight.

2) Make the Story Mode 2 players, either through split screen and/or online like Gears of War, where people are able to drop in out very easily.

I may be the only one, but I enjoyed every moment of Final Fight Streetwise.
The co-op mode was fantastic too!  Cammy was an awesome addition.
Too bad Sodom didn't make the cut...

The Final Fight original rom unlockable could have been better.
It ran smoothly on the Capcom Classics ports.

I would totally support a new Final Fight game.

I'd say put the same games TAS suggested in. Maybe put some official artwork and stuff too. I know the CCC version had some of this stuff but it didn't have a lot, and it only had such things for FF1. I'd say maybe include a Sound Test too and put the music from all the FF games in it, including the music from the various ports of FF1, because the FFCD/FFO music was tops. Maybe include all the soundtracks for FF1 as unlockables for actual gameplay.

Oh, and please, for Cher's sake, please fix the graphics flicker issues for Mighty Final Fight if you put it in. It was a problem in the NES version and even worse in Sensory Sweep's Capcom Classics Mini Mix. :p

What about the horrible story or the fact that the game/story barely had any connection to FF? It was almost like they just slapped the name "Final Fight" on a totaly seperate game.

The gameplay I didn't have much of a problem with other then the fact that it wasn't two player in story mode.
