Brand Marketing Manager

Capcom USA is searching for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead a brand marketing team to maximize the sales potential of assigned Capcom products. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, this role is responsible for managing effective, innovative, and cost-efficient marketing campaigns in North and South America territories, and working collaboratively with Capcom’s European and Japanese promotional teams, as well as R&D.  The Brand Marketing Manager should be capable of managing a large AAA marketing campaign with limited oversight, as well as management of Associate Product Managers when applicable.

Project Manager – Creative Services

Capcom USA, Inc. has an exciting career opportunity at its San Francisco Office.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for our Creative Services Team. 

 This position will manage the creation, approvals, archiving and delivery of print and digital assets for various departments within Capcom.  This person will work closely with different internal Capcom groups (domestic and international) as well as external third party vendors and partners.  This position requires an individual who is extremely detail oriented and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.  Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of the video game industry and is familiar with 1 st  party (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo) processes.

Game Programmer – Unreal Engine

Capcom USA is seeking a Game Programmer with expert knowledge in Unreal Engine and has proven success in designing and programming game code on several AA-AAA title on console platforms.

This position works to implement dynamic game features by working cross organizationally with producers, designers and server team. The role will be responsible for developing and writing code and maintaining the code base.

Financial Analyst II

Capcom USA, Inc. has an exciting career opportunity at its San Francisco Office.

We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of FP&A experience with strong knowledge in the application and use of financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion and Essbase. Candidates must be an expert in Microsoft Excel and able to prepare and provide financial analysis, budget, forecast and financial planning for management use. Such data will be used for corporate financial reporting and strategic decisions.

Sr. HR Generalist

Capcom USA, Inc. is searching for a Sr. HR Generalist to join its team in the San Francisco Office. Under the supervision of the HR Director, this role will be responsible for providing high-level HR services and consultation on a wide scope of HR knowledge to Capcom USA and Capcom Group employees.

The role will be responsible for all aspects of the employee life cycle, including but not limited to: organizational planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and retention, L&D, and exit. Candidates should have 4-8 years human resources experience and current PHR/SPHR certification.

Contract Administrator – Legal Department

Capcom USA has an exciting Contract Administrator opportunity to support the dynamic Capcom legal team in proactively providing legal advice to a broad spectrum of the video game business—from the game development, digital distribution, merchandise licensing and emerging eSports business to handling dispute resolutions and regulatory compliance.   

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: contract administration, which includes summarizing agreement terms, electronic contract execution and scanning documents into the contract database; maintaining corporate and other legal documents and electronic files; providing electronic forms to internal business groups; processing invoices and expense reports, scheduling meetings.   Other miscellaneous projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
